Helpful, honest and reliable

We bought a house from Mark Rayner in May 2022 and he was very nice to deal with. He told us honestly the condition and history of the house, and did not use the usual aggressive pressured tactics. He was pleasant to deal with the whole way and tried to help us with information where he could. We have now decided to use Rayner a our letting agent as well and Wendy has been fantastic in getting our new house tidied up and rented. Highly reccomend!

We engaged Rayner Real Estate before listing to seek advice about a realistic sale price, and how we should go about presenting the house for sale.  Rayner Real Estate helped refer us to reliable, cost effective tradies to get the house ready.  Mark and Craig dropped by for a few pre-listing discussions which really helped us navigate toward a listing.

And their advice really paid off.  Our house sold quickly – and the sale price was above our expectations.

After we accepted an offer, Rayner Real Estate referred us to a Settlement Agent, and they even helped us successfully bid on our new property.

Amazing agent.
